Our major mandate as an association is to develop football in all its categories namely administration, coaching, refereeing and more importantly the athletes (Football Players). It is for of paramount importance that we don not lose our focus in our mandate. As a region, the HRFA is vigorously reviving the youth development structures within our leagues from U13, u15, U20 and where possible.

OBJECTIVES

- To improve the game of football constantly, promote, regulate and control throughout the territory of HRFA in the light of fair-play and its unifying, educational, cultural and humanitarian values, particularly through youth and development programs.

- To organize competitions in association football in all its forms at a regional and zonal level, by defining precisely, as required, the areas of authority conceded to the various Regional Association leagues of which is composed.

- To draw up regulations and provisions and ensure their enforcement.
